Did You Know?

  • 38% of homeowners and 48% of renters spend more than 35% of their income on housing (the measure of affordability).

We provide short-term financial support to keep families from becoming homeless as well as provide information on financial literacy for long-term stability.

  • The number of homeless individuals and children on Cape Cod and both islands is growing – up an estimated 10% in just one year.

We move individuals from homelessness to housing by funding permanent housing that supports and stabilizes.

Our Goal

Safe, accessible, and affordable housing is available to all.

Our Strategies

  • Increase the availability of affordable housing.
  • Move individuals from homeless to housing stability.
  • Prevent low-income families from becoming homeless.
  • Help individuals and families attain and/or retain a home that they own.
